- 2 medium carrots
- 1/2 inch peeled fresh ginger
- 1/2 inch peeled fresh turmeric
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- 1 heaping tablespoons white miso
- 1 teaspoons water
Scrub carrots and cut into roughly 1/2" pieces. The pieces do not have to be uniform as they will be blended.
Layer all of the ingredients in a blender, in the order listed above (keeping the order will help the blender along). Secure lid and blend for about 45 seconds, starting at low and working up to high speed after about 15 seconds.
Serve with your favorite salad.
