ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen riced cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 frozen acai packet
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 scoop vanilla pea protein powder
  • 1 scoop marine collagen, optional
  • Coconut milk, to cover 1/2 the mixture
  • Strawberries, for topping
  • Chocolate almond butter, for topping
  • Cacao nibs, for topping

Method

  • Step 1

    Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Pour into bowl and add toppings as desired.
