Blueberry Acai Bowl

Add ingredients directly to your favorite online grocery cart (where available).
- 1/2 cup frozen riced cauliflower
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 frozen acai packet
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 scoop vanilla pea protein powder
- 1 scoop marine collagen, optional
- Coconut milk, to cover 1/2 the mixture
- Strawberries, for topping
- Chocolate almond butter, for topping
- Cacao nibs, for topping
Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Pour into bowl and add toppings as desired.
