Caramelized peanut fudge|No butter|only 2 ingredients

  • 1 cup Roasted peanuts
  • 3/4 cup coconut sugar


  • Step 1

    Place the roasted peanuts in a food processor and grind coarsely.

  • Step 2

    Melt the sugar in a pan on medium heat. Once the sugar starts to melt add the peanut powder. Keep stirring, at one point it will all come together.

  • Step 3

    Depending on the moisture, you may need to add water – 1 tbsp of water at a time. At one stage it will form a thick dough consistency. Switch off the flame. Transfer the dough to parchment paper. Once warm, press the dough into a square 1-inch thickness. Cut into squares.
