This sweet whiskey sour is packed with peach flavor made with peach-infused whiskey, peach juice, and peach simple syrup. Lemon juice is added to cut the sweetness and add a tart note. Whiskey sour is not complete without its foamy top - an egg white is added to the shaker to achieve this.

- 1 ounce peach simple syrup
- 2 ounces peach infused whiskey
- 1 ounce peach juice
- 1 lemon juice
- 1 egg white
Method
Step 1
Combine all in a shaker without ice. Shake for 10 seconds. Add ice and shake for 15. Pour entire shaker into your glass and garnish with rosemary
