Creamy Kabocha Hummus
It’s Friday! 🥳 Yay! Gearing up for the weekend with this new recipe up the site today! It’s a (bean-less) kabocha squash hummus! That’s right, no soaking/cooking beans. Instead, we’re roasting up squash and adding all the usual suspects: a good dose of tahini (always!), lemon juice, garlic, and ground cumin. It’s the cozy kind of dip that’s frothy and creamy just like the original (but with a major upgrade 😉) 🧡💛🧡💛🧡 -@dollyandoatmeal
