Spiced Crispy Chickpeas, perfect popping for any dish!

  • 1 (14 ounce can) chickpeas, drained and patted dry
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 3/4 teaspoon chili powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric


  • Step 1

    Preheat Oven at 375 degree F

  • Step 2

    Spread chickpeas on a baking tray and bake for about 30 minutes stopping to shake mid way through.

  • Step 3

    Put Crispy Chickpeas into a bowl and add oil, and spices. Mix Well. Put back on to the baking tray and bake for an additional 10 minutes.

  • Step 4

    You can bake in larger batches to have reserves, store in an airtight container. Enjoy as a salad topping or for a snack.
