ingredients

  • 1/3 cup tahini
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Softened coconut oil
  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 dark chocolate bar, chopped

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 350°F and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

  • Step 2

    To a bowl, add the tahini, vanilla, egg, coconut sugar, and softened coconut oil. Whisk to combine.

  • Step 3

    Add in the almond flour and baking soda. Then fold in the chopped up chocolate. Keep some for additional topping at the end.

  • Step 4

    Scoop cookie dough onto cookie sheet making 12 cookies. Add more chocolate on top. Bake for 10 minutes! Rest for atleast 5 minutes before enjoying.
