Butternut Squash Salad with Sage Brown Butter and Cherries

ingredients
- 1 butternut squash, spiralized
- 1/2 dried cherries
- 1 bing cherries
- 1/2 stick unsalted butter
- 6 leaves sage
- 1/2 cup toasted hazelnuts
- 1 tablespoons grapeseed oil
Method
Step 1
Heat oil in a sauté pan over medium heat. Toss squash for 5-6 minutes until cooked through then add cherries and finish for 4 minutes until warmed. Meanwhile is a separate pan, melt your butter and sage until browned and sage is crispy. Watch closely and be careful not to burn the butter. We want it brown, not black. then toss everything together, plate it up , top with S+P and hazelnuts. DONE!
