Although I don't practice a Gluten-free dietary regimen, these Gluten-Free Crackers look and sound amazing! @thenonchalantcook uses Tapioca and Garbanzo Bean Flours and also uses Tahini in these Crackers. They are also flavored with Sesame, Flax and Sunflower Seeds for that extra texture and crunch.
