ingredients

  • 1 slice sourdough bread
  • 1 large clove of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan
  • Fried egg, avocado, tomato, mushrooms, arugula, and desired toppings

Method

  • Step 1

    Place sliced sourdough on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Preheat ovent o 400F. Rub 1 large clove of garlic that's been havled onto each piece of bread. Drizzle each piece with olive oil, and sprinkle grated Parmesan on each piece. Bake for 12 minutes. Remove from oven and top with avocado, egg, tomato, mushrooms, and arugula.
