350grams tempeh, cut in stick than fried
2 Tbsp brown sugar
2 Tbsp lemon juice
2 red chillies, thinly slice
1 inch of galangal
2 Tbsp fried garlic, thinly sliced
2 Tbsp fried shallot, thinly sliced
Heat the skillet and add water, brown sugar, lemon juice, galangal, chilli, and bay leaf. Cook until thickened. Add tempeh, shallot, and garlic. Stir until all combined and serve.
