INGREDIENTS350grams tempeh, cut in stick than fried100ml water2 Tbsp brown sugar2 Tbsp lemon juiceBay leaf2 red chillies, thinly slice1 inch of galangal2 Tbsp fried garlic, thinly sliced 2 Tbsp fried shallot, thinly slicedDIRECTIONSHeat the skillet and add water, brown sugar, lemon juice, galangal, chilli, and bay leaf. Cook until thickened. Add tempeh, shallot, and garlic. Stir until all combined and serve.
