Texas Sheet Cake

"You guys love to ask me what I bake when I'm not baking for two! (I love when you ask me that!) There are times, about once a week or so, when I make a large dessert that serves more than two. It feels totally weird to me--mainly because I'm so used to tiny bowls, small messes, and a single baking time. But I absolutely love to do it so I can share dessert! I usually grab recipes from @southernlivingmag (my mainstay--I grew up on SL), and @thepioneerwoman (let's face it--she feeds an army everyday; she knows a thing or two about large scale cooking). This is PW's Texas Chocolate Sheet Cake, and I make it at least once a month. It's my favorite chocolate cake recipe, because the cake is thin; the cake:frosting ratio is perfect. I usually add a dash of cinnamon (because my Mama does), and tons of sprinkles!"
