Tequila Rhubarb Cassis Cocktail

"It's #tequilatuesday so here's a heckin wildcard. It's a mashup of a lot of great flavors that pair well, it's inspired a bit by the lady diana cocktail but deviates pretty hard. It combines Tequila, rhubarb, Cassis and lemon flavors with a bit of orange and citrus to create this very unique cocktail. -"

  • 2 ounces espolon tequila
  • 1 ounce punt e mes red vermouth
  • 1 ounce aperol
  • 1/2 ounce creme de cassis
  • 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 ounce pierre ferrand orange curacao 


  • Step 1

    Stir ingredients with ice and pour over a large ice cube, garnish with a spring of fresh Rosemary.
