Plum and Red Wine Cocktail (High St. Highball)

(5)
"I'd be lying if I said I didn't still miss Tokyo, if y'all are watching my stories that should come as no surprise. So I decided to make a cocktail in some of my favorite souvenirs I brought back — my highball glasses. The addition of a fruity red wine and just a splash of plum simple syrup makes this one really fresh and tasty. I used Suntory Toki, a soft, floral and slightly citrusy whiskey that pairs exceptionally with the grown up grape juice. It's a bit heavier on the abv than a traditional highball thanks to the addition of the wine but is still incredibly easy to throw back. This one's an easy one for parties or BBQs because it doesn't take much effort to make, it's great for any season, and they look fantastic too. Cheers!"
