ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 3 sliced green onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary, chopped
  • 1 cup chopped potatoes
  • 1 cup chopped carrots
  • 1 rotisserie chicken
  • 4-5 cups chicken broth
  • 2 (15 oz) cans green beans
  • 2 (15 oz) cans corns
  • 2 (15 oz) cans of cream of chicken soup

Method

  • Step 1

    Melt butter in a large stockpot. Add green onions, garlic, and rosemary. Saute 5-8 minutes.

  • Step 2

    Remove all the chicken from the bones and shred it. Add potatoes, carrots, and the shredded chicken to the pot. Cover with chicken broth.

  • Step 3

    Bring to a boil and stir occasionally. Cook until the carrots are soft. Next, add green beans, canned corn, and more chicken broth. Cook for an additional 5-10 minutes.

  • Step 4

    Mix in cream of chicken soup and stir until combined. Add additional chicken stock if needed.
