ingredients

  • 200 grams light cream cheese
  • 35 grams cornstarch
  • 30 grams melted butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 80 grams erythritol
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 10 grams lemon

Method

  • Step 1

    Cook for 30 minutes at 150°C (preheated oven without air), 160°C for 15 minutes and then 20' with the oven off and the cheesecake inside with the door closed.
