  • 100 milliliter double cream
  • 100 milliliter Full-fat milk
  • 100 gram caster sugar
  • 1 vanilla pod, seeds only
  • 300 gram Greek yoghurt
  • FOR THE JELLY LAYER:
  • 135 gram raspberry jelly, cut into cubes
  • 300 milliliter pomegranate juice
  • FOR THE TOPPING
  • 1/2 pomegranate, seeds only
