"Happy Monday! For those of you who have today off, I hope you enjoy your day and get outside in the sunshine! I was up and at em at 5:30 to get a workout in before heading to the hospital. Even though it's hard getting out of bed that early, working out is a priority for me, makes me happy and gives me energy, so it's always worth it! Came home and had a filling breakfast of cacao banana oatmeal with blueberries, kiwi, banana, goji berries, hemp hearts, cacao nibs, @salbachia chia seeds and peanut butter."

Ingredients:

1/2 cup oats, cooked in water or non dairy milk

1 tbsp cacao powder 

Optional 1 tbsp maple syrup

1 banana

Toppings:

Banana

Kiwi

Blueberries

Chia seeds

Cacao nibs

Goji berries

Peanut butter

Hemp seeds 

Directions:

Cook oats according to package instructions. 

Stir in cacao powder and optional sweetener. 

Top with desired toppings.
