The avocado oil, turmeric and nutritional yeast in this recipe are all amazing for your skin.

Ingredients

Handful of raw spinach

@chosenfoods avocado oil

Sprinkle of nutritional yeast

Turmeric

Fresh lemon juice

Grape tomatoes, sliced

Baby carrots

Sliced cucumber

Cauliflower rice

A dollop of @hopefoods hummus

Sea salt and pepper to taste

 

Method

In a small saucepan, heat avocado oil over medium heat. Add in the spinach, and cook until leaves are wilted and soft. Season with the nutritional yeast, turmeric, and fresh lemon juice.

On a plate arrange the sautéed spinach, grape tomatoes, baby carrots, cucumber, and cauliflower rice. Serve with a dollop of hummus and salt and pepper to taste.
