- 1 cup chickpeas
- 1 clove garlic
- 4 tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup roasted peanuts
- 1/2 lime, juiced
- 1/4 cup cold water
- Salt and black pepper, To Taste
- Chili flakes
In a food processor, blend all ingredients. Add water as needed to loosen the mixture and make a smooth blend.
Transfer to a serving bowl and drizzle olive oil on top. Add some roasted peanuts on top for some crunch.
Serve with warm pita bread, lavash, crackers or veggie crudités.
