- 1 1/ 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 1/ 2 cups milk
- 2 eggs
- A pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoon coconut sugar
- 1 apple
- 1 small banana
- 1/ 2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- A pinch of nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
On a high speed, grind the oats to a fine powder.
Add all the ingredients and make into a thick batter of pouring consistency. Adjust the consistency with a little milk if required.
Heat a non-stick pan and brush with 1 tsp butter. Pour a little batter in the centre
Allow it to cook for 2 mins and flip the pancake to cook the other side.
Once done, remove and serve with honey and fresh fruit.
