• 700 gram crushed Dark Fruit Cake
• 120 gram Cadbury Dark Choc Baking Chips
• 70 milliliter Organic Orange Juice (Optional
• 3 tablespoon Vecchia Romagna (Brandy)
• 150 gram Cadbury White Baking Chips
• 30 whole Red M&Ms
• Green M&Ms

Method

• Step 1

  Crumble the cake into a large bowl then melt the chop chips and mix together

• Step 2

  Add the orange juice OR brandy and mix well

• Step 3

  With moist hands, roll small balls and place on baking paper

• Step 4

  Melt white chocolate, place into a piping bag and pipe onto your xmas puddings. Decorate with M&Ms and allow the chocolate to set for 20mins. Enjoy!
