- 4 cups Cascadian Farm Organic Cherry Berry Frozen Blend
- 2 bananas
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup hemp seeds
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoon tart cherry concentrate
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Pinch salt
- Handful of spinach (optional)
- Strawberry Mango Ginger Smoothie Bowls:
- 4 cups Cascadian Farm Organic Strawberry Mango Frozen Blend
- 2 bananas
- 1 cup coconut water
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 inch piece fresh, peeled ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- Pinch salt
- Toppings:
- Cascadian Farm Fruit & Nut Granola, Cascadian Farm Dark Chocolate Almond Granola, fresh berries, cacao nibs, pepitas, coconut, Cascadian Farm French Vanilla Almond Granola ,fresh figs, berries, coconut, chia seeds

Step 1
For the Cherry Berry Smoothie Bowls - Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth and creamy (about 60 seconds). Top with Cascadian Farm granola, fresh fruit, cacao nibs, etc. Enjoy!
