1 cup frozen pitaya, divided into 3 parts
3 frozen or fresh bananas
1 cup coconut milk or other liquid of choice
In a blender, blend 1/3 of the pitaya with the bananas and coconut milk. Pour 1/3 of the smoothie mixture into a glass.
Add another 1/3 of the pitaya and blend. Pour another 1/3 of the smoothie into a separate glass.
Add the last 1/3 cup of pitaya to the remaining smoothie and pour into separate glass.
