2 bananas (one frozen, one fresh)
1/4 cup unsweetened cacao powder
1 scoop vanilla plant based protein powder
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 1/2 tsp maca powder
1 tsp lucuma powder
Enough non-dairy milk to blend (roughly 1/4-1/2 cup)
Optional for chocolate rim: 2 tbsp vegan chocolate chips melted w/ 1 tsp coconut oil.
Cacao nibs for topping
To make the chocolate rim, freeze glass for 15 mins ahead of time.
In a small saucepan or microwave, melt vegan chocolate chips and coconut oil and whisk until smooth.
Remove glass from freezer, dip the rim in chocolate, flip the glass, and using a spoon, drizzle more chocolate around the rim to create the drizzle effect.
Place glass back in freezer while making smoothie.
Blend all ingredients in high power blender until smooth and creamy.
Pour into glass and sprinkle with cacao nibs.
