Raspberry and Blackberry Sherry Cocktail

"Sherry is a fortified wine from white grapes and can range from really light and salty in Fino to complex & nutty in oxidized Amontillado to sweet and silky in a PX or cream sherry. The guy in The Cask of Amontillado thought it was so good it was worth killing over (pretty sure that’s the moral of the story...) In other words, go get a bottle of Sherry and mix up this tasty tipple ASAP."
