Mai Tai

1 oz Jamaican Rum (I used @Appletonestateusa Signiture)

1 oz Martinique Rum (or 1 oz Jamaican Rum if you don't have it handy)

1/2 oz orange Curaçao

3/4 oz fresh lime juice

1/2 oz real orgeat syrup mint sprig

juiced lime half for garnish

Directions:

Shake everything except garnishes in a shaker with ice. Shake hard. Strain into a glass with crushed ice. Garnish with lime shell + lots of mint.
