The recipe linked here is for @cottercrunch's clever gluten free pie dough.
To make a quiche, whisk together 6 eggs with 3/4 cup heavy cream and 3/4 cup whole milk.
Season with salt and pepper and add about 1 cup chopped vegetables of choice, as well as 1 cup of shredded or grated cheese,if desired. Add egg mix to a cooled pie crust and bake at 375˚F for about 45 minutes, or until set.
