I'm calling this a MIND BLOWN MONDAY recipe! You know how they say work smarter not harder? Well, this is totally my concept these days. Yes, this is a quiche, but what I’m really trying to get at is that I made the quiche with a 3 INGREDIENT PIE CRUST RECIPE! . I was gonna post the recipes ingredients but that would be too boring. To make a quiche, whisk together 6 eggs with 3/4 cup heavy cream and 3/4 cup whole milk.
Season with salt and pepper and add about 1 cup chopped vegetables of choice, as well as 1 cup of shredded or grated cheese,if desired. Add egg mix to a cooled pie crust and bake at 375˚F for about 45 minutes, or until set.
