- 1/2 cup frozen steamed sweet potato
- 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower
- 1 small frozen banana
- 2/3 cup water
- 1 big scoop vegan protein powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon chai spice blend
- Almond yogurt, for topping
- Shredded coconut, for topping
- Rose petals, for topping
- Star anise, for topping
Method
Step 1
Blend sweet potato, cauliflower, banana, water, protein powder, cinnamon and chai spice until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and add toppings.
