ingredients
- 1 whole cauliflower,
- Salt to taste,
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp Beef shawarma spice mix,
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil,
- 1 crushed garlic clove,
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tablespoon tahini paste,
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice,
- 2 1/2 tablespoon cold water,
Method
Step 1
Remove all stems but keep cauliflower head in one piece.
Step 2
Brush the entire head with olive oil. Then rub with salt, black pepper, and shawarma spice mixture.
Step 3
Place in air fryer. Air fry for 30 mins on 375F or until you notice desired browning. Top with tahini sauce and chopped parsley.
Step 4
To make tahini sauce: Combine salt, tahini paste, lemon juice, and cold water in a mixing bowl. Whisk for a few minutes until a smooth and thick sauce forms.
