I've eaten soy products before, but never made my own soy milk or soy nuts (which I plan to make tomorrow!). I'm so glad I found these non-gmo soybeans from @Vitacost, this milk is delicious!<br><br>RECIPE<br><br> Soak 1/2 cup soybeans overnight with ample water. Rinse and drain. Blend in a hi-speed blender with 3 cups filtered water and a pinch of sea salt for 3-5 minutes, until smooth. Transfer to a pot and bring to a low boil. Skim and discard the thick foam that rises to the surface. Simmer for 15 minutes. Using a cheesecloth, or a fine-meshed sieve, strain the liquid when it's cooled for 15 minutes. Sweeten with 2-3 Tablespoons maple syrup, to taste.
