"Mmmm I wish I had this in front of me right now. By far my favorite breakfast skillet recipe I've made thus (I always feel powerful when I use this word?) far.
Sweet Potato and Broccoli Skillet. I will be working on measurements and get those to you soon. But for now, here are the instructions.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees, line two baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside. On one baking sheet, scatter diced sweet potatoes (with skin) in a single layer. Season with @flavorgod Garlic lovers and olive oil. On the other baking sheet, lay 4 slices of @5280meat fresh pork sides and season both sides with more #flavorgod garlic lovers. Place both baking sheets in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until bacon is crisp and potatoes are tender.. In a @lodgecastiron Heat some @omgheebutter and organic olive oil. Sauté some shallots until tender. Then add in freshly minced garlic, broccoli florets, bell peppers, diced jalapeños and season with #flavorgod chipotle. When potatoes and bacon are ready add potatoes to skillet, then chop each slice of bacon into 4 pieces and add to broccoli stir fry. Stir to combine all flavors. Return skillet to oven and bake for about 10 more minutes to allow flavors to marry. Sprinkle with freshly grated Parm and a little more #flavorgod Garlic Lovers. ⚠️For a Paleo option, omit the parmesan cheese⚠️"
