ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Pimm's No. 1
- 1/2 oz gin
- 3/4 oz mint simple syrup
- 2 oz fresh watermelon juice
- Splash of seltzer
Method
Step 1
Add everything but the seltzer to a cocktail shaker and shake. Pour over ice and top with a splash of seltzer. Dangerously refreshing.
