Microwave Shakshuka
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of marinara
1 egg
Salt
Chili Flakes
olive Oil
Directions:
In a small bowl or a mug, add marinara and hollow center for egg. Sprinkle with some salt, chile flakes, and olive oil.
Cover and microwave 'DEFROST' mode for 4-5 minutes (check every minute after 2 minutes as microwave strength varies; I use 0.1 pound defrost x 4). Serve with toast points.
