- 10 each lemonheads
- 1 packages cheesecake pudding
- 1 (8 oz package) raspberries
- 2 (8 oz package) blueberries
- 1 packages ghost Peeps
- 1/2 teaspoons lemon extract
In a food processor, place the Lemonheads in and mix them into a powder.
In a medium bowl dump the cheesecake pudding. Add the Lemonhead powder to the pudding and mix according to the box. For even more lemon flavor feel free to add some lemon extract.
Divide the lemon cheesecake pudding in 3 oz cups. Adding a few scoops to each cup. Set the extra on the side for now.
Wash and pat dry the raspberries and blueberries then place the berries on top of the pudding layer.
Top the berries with remaining pudding and garnish with the ghost peep
