"“Atlantique” was created by bartender Dom Smith, who wanted to create a drink that highlighted the versatility of winter produce, specifically pineapple and celery, in a way that blended well with local California botanicals and gin. With the pineapple sage of woman-made Brovo Amaro #9 alongside the botanicals of Los Angeles made Mulholland Gin, there were qualities similar to a green juice- something at once refreshing yet pronounced."
