"I often suggest to use cold dough to make cinnamon rolls and to chill your roll of dough once it’s rolled up to get nice spirals and chill down the filling, but you don’t have to do either if you don’t want to and they will come out just fine, promise (made these yesterday with a room temp proof and no chilling of the dough log). These are my brown butter cinnamon rolls and they have a brown butter cream cheese frosting which is just ridiculous."
