Roasted Veggies
Roasted veggies for dinner have been on repeat since the calendar turned to September. Minimal prep, the oven does all the cooking, delicious for breakfast with a side of eggs, i.e. a perfect weeknight meal! Tonight's characters are cauliflower, brussel sprouts, bell pepper, carrots, red onions, and crushed garlic cloves, lightly drizzled with avocado oil, and seasoned with black smoked salt. 30 minutes at 425*. -@clean_eating_journal
