  • 10 ounces cold brew or iced coffee

Pumpkin Spice Jumbo Ice Cubes

Pumpkin Spice Cold Foam

  • 1/4 cup or chilled coconut cream as a vegan option chilled heavy whipping cream
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons New York Shuk Kafe Hawaij
  • 2 teaspoons dark brown sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon Heilala Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure pumpkin
  • Ground cinnamon, for topping

Additional Equipment Needed

  • 1 4-cube jumbo round silicone ice cube tray
  • Milk frother


  • Step 1

    Combine coffee, New York Shuk Kafe Hawaij, and Heilala Pure Vanilla Sugar and pour into a 4-jumbo cube silicone ice tray. Freeze.

  • Step 2

    Add whipped cream (or coconut cream), New York Shuk Kafe Hawaij, dark brown sugar, Heilala Pure Vanilla Extract, and pumpkin to a tall glass. Use a milk frother to whip for 20-25 seconds until thick, but not quite stiff.

  • Step 3

    Place one Pumpkin Spice Cube in a mug or glass. Pour coffee over. Top with Pumpkin Spice Cold Foam. Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve.
