  • Step 1

Preheat oven to 325 F degrees. Add ground beef, garlic, salt, pepper, and parsley to a bowl and combine. Form miniature meatballs, about 2 inches in diameter. Place rounds on a parchment lined sheet pan. Bake 15 minutes, flipping halfway through.

  • Step 2

Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill hot dogs until all sides have char lines, 6-8 minutes. One cooled, cut into thirds.

  • Step 3

Build 5 hot dog skewers, with half a hot dog bun on the top and bottom of each. Alternate between hot dogs, onion, pickle, and yellow and orange bell pepper. Build hamburger skewers, with the slider bun halves on the top and bottom of each. Alternate between meatballs, tomato, lettuce, onion, pickle, and cheese.

  • Step 4

Brush skewers generously with barbecue sauce mixture. Carefully place on hot grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook about 4 minutes, flipping halfway through, until buns are toasted, vegetables are slightly charred, and cheese is warm and melty. Transfer to a platter lined with large iceberg leaves. Brush with remaining sauce. Serve warm.
