Ingredients
1 large egg
Olive oil
1 naan or rotten bread, lightly toasted
2 tablespoons Greek plain yogurt
1/2 small avocado
lemon and finely sliced
1 teaspoon of Simply Asia Japanese Sweet
Pepper -Smoked Spice Blend
Coriander and / or chopped fresh parsley
Salt and Pepper
Directions
In a hot frying pan, fry the egg in olive oil until the white is firm and the yolk is flowing.
