"It’s getting so vegetable-y around here, and I keep thinking about one of my favorite cocktails in All of Portland. It’s on the menu @imperialportland and they call it “A Radish Walks Into a Bar.” I love the radish component SO MUCH."
Prep time 5mins
- 1 1/ 2 ounces old Tom gin
- 1/ 2 ounce sweet vermouth
- 3/ 4 ounce lemon juice
- 1/ 2 ounce radish gastrique
- Cracked black pepper and salt
Mix all ingredients. Pour into glass over ice. Sprinkle with pepper and salt.
