Healthy, Cleanse Approved
1kg chicken breast
mixed herbs of your choice
1 bunch kale (roughly chopped)
1 Spanish onion
1 punnet cherry tomatoes
1 Jar olives (sliced)
6 mushrooms (sliced)
1 green capsicum (sliced)
1 yellow capsicum (sliced)
2 bunch asparagus (Halved)
4 boiled egg (Quartered)
3 boiled potatoes ( Diced in chunks)
2 shallots (thinly sliced)
Taylor's brand Caesar salad dressing or any dressing of your choice.

Method:
1.) clean and herb your chicken and place into the grill. While the chicken is cooking prep your veggies.
2.) in a saucepan boil both potatoes & eggs.
3.) check on the chicken once you've turned them add your asparagus.
4.) prepare your salad with the combined veggies, topped with the boiled egg & potatoes.
5.) once chicken has cooked.. Slice and top onto the salad along with the asparagus.
6.) pour your desired amount of dressing.
7.) OPTIONAL: you can top with some shaved Parmesan and some toasted almonds & pine nuts adds a delicious crunch
