Looking to get in more greens throughout the day? Look no further than this 15 min TORTILLA BREAKFAST PIZZA full of full of nourishing veggies, spices & cheesiness😋I have been making this for awhile now & finally sharing it with you guys! It’s such an easy, but yummy way to get all your nutrients in for any meal of the day. I used 3 eggs here bc I find it fills me up better than 2 eggs, you can also add salsa or pesto-get creative with it🙌 btw when this comes out of the oven it’s smells absolutely amazing

Breakfast Tortilla

ingredients

  • 1 large whole wheat tortilla
  • 3 pasture-raised eggs
  • Handful of sliced cherry tomatoes
  • Handful of sliced baby bell peppers
  • Handful of chopped baby spinach
  • Big handful of shredded Italian blend cheese, or any cheese of choice
  • Dashes of ground turmeric, paprika, salt, and pepper

Toppings

  • Chives
  • Feta cheese
  • Avocado
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Sriracha

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees (you can also make this in the air fryer if it’s a large one).

  • Step 2

    Take a cake pan & place your tortilla inside pressing down in the pan. Crack 3 eggs, all of the veggies & spices.

  • Step 3

    Bake for 12-15 min, if you want your eggs a little bit runny check it at the 10 min mark.
