Pork Sisig Burrito

If you live in LA you might have heard of the food truck, the White Rabbit. Known for their Filipino fusion dishes, I decided to recreate their pork sisig burrito at home.

What's in this burrito you ask? My version is loaded with garlic fried rice, braised vinegar-y spicy savory pork belly, shredded cheese, and a fried egg. It's incredibly flavorful and oh so satisfying.
