This lightly sweet salad dressing is the perfect way to use up leftover jam that's wasting away in your fridge! Use any kind of fruit jam that you have – peach, berry, and apricot are a few of our favorites.
To make this easy vinaigrette, you throw all of the ingredients in the blender and blend until it is an even consistency.
Pour this dressing over your favorite salad, add a drizzle onto sandwiches, or dip fresh fruits and vegetables in it.

ingredients
- 2-4 tablespoons fruit jam
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 garlic clove
- 10 basil leaves
Method
Step 1
Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Place into the refrigerator and store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
