Braised Short Ribs

Braised short ribs are rich and delicious!

This short rib recipe is a bit time-consuming, and truly a labor of love, but the results are well worth it. While it may take a while to make the steps pretty easy, definitely a "set it and forget it" type of meal. However, if you want to cut the time in half I encourage using a pressure cooker. 

Tender and juicy short ribs braised in your favorite red wine. Talk about fall-off-the-bone! These short ribs melt in your mouth.
