Lobster Arancini

 

@thefeedfeed and @think_rice are asking for your favorite rice dish for #nationalricemonth so I thought I’d show off my lobster arancini.
Creamy lobster risotto, battered and deep fried. Served with cream sherry saffron sauce, lobster claw meat, and fried sage. This was a favorite on the menu last winter, maybe I should bring it back 🤔
