- 6 ounce plain Chèvre
- 2 teaspoons minced Fresh Herbs like thyme, basil, parsley, rosemary or marjoram
- 1 English cucumber
- 9 Cherry tomato
- Edible flowers like borage, violas, marigolds or Nasturtium
Fig balsamic vinaigrette
ingredients
- 1/3 cups Fig balsamic vinegar
- 2/3 cup Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoon Fresh orange juice
- 1 teaspoon Zest Orange zest
- 1 pinch Salt
Method
Step 1
Cut top and bottom off the cucumber, using a mandelin slice long thin ribbons.
Step 2
In a bowl whisk all but the olive oil until blended. While whisking slowly add the olive oil until emulsified. Set Aside.
Step 3
Sprinkle micro greens around the edge of the plate. Roll the cucumber slices into spirals and place organically. Arrange with halved cherry tomatoes and sliced herbed chèvre and add the edible flowers Drizzle with fig balsamic vinaigrette.
