"Coral Lace Tuile Garnish
Ingredients:
1/2 oz all-purpose flour
1 oz vegetable oil
Pinch of salt
4.2 oz choice of beet juice, strained saffron tea, squid ink mixed w/water, or food coloring
Instructions:
1. Mix all ingredients well pour into a squeeze bottle
2. Bring 6” nonstick pan to medium high heat 3. Pour small dollops of tuile batter in pan cook over medium high heat until the moisture evaporates, tuile dries out and bubbles disappear. 4. Remove the tuile from heat and place onto paper towel until ready to use
5. Repeat steps as necessary
